Audio Sweetening

The Audio Sweetening Room supports audio pre-production, post production, and final program conforming. This doubles as a second audio control room for the second production control room. This control room features a 2 tier set of consoles that provide seating for 3 audio production personnel. Each seat has intercom, video/audio monitoring and local production LAN computer access. 

The room’s monitor wall consists of twelve 23″ HD color source monitors and a 42″ HD program monitor. Each monitor is equipped with a 16 digit Source ID tally panel.

A Fairlight Constellation audio production console controls a Crystal Core 48 track digital audio workstation that can also be used as an 80 input by 32 output in-line mixing console.

A full 6 channel (5.1) audio monitor system, equalized for room acoustics, provides program and playback audio monitoring.

A host of digital audio production support equipment rounds out the state-of-the-art audio production capabilities of this room.
